USER SERVICE – TRNSYS HOTLINE
The quality of a software product is not only distinguished by the product itself but also by the support service provided. Therefore Transsolar offers a hotline for its customers. You may send questions concerning software problems by email or fax. We will endeavour to respond to within 24 hours.
In order to give you some helpful support as quick as possible, please provide us with the following information:
- Always indicate your software license
- Always indicate the software product
- Problem description as detailed as possible
- For problems with TRNBuild or TYPE 56 please attach the *.BUI file
- For problems with TRNSYS please attach the TPF or DCK file and all other necessary external data (preferably as compressed data files)
- Please adjust the path names that all files are located in the current directory
