We are pleased to announce our participation in the KI-Bauplanung Innovationsnetzwerk. The network applies artificial intelligence to make building design more efficient, sustainable, and secure. Its goal is to enable (partially) automated and interdisciplinary planning that complies with regulatory requirements while accommodating individual project needs — helping to realize building projects that are environmentally, economically, and socially responsible.
As part of the program, Transsolar contributes its expertise in simulation, thermodynamic analysis, and digital planning. Together with our network partners, we are developing AI-based tools that provide fast, data-driven, and transparent decision-making support — even in cases of incomplete information — thus increasing planning reliability and improving efficiency throughout the project process.
The KI-Bauplanung network was established within the framework of ZIM (Zentrales Innovationsprogramm Mittelstan) — the Central Innovation Program for SMEs — and is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE). Our involvement reflects our commitment to actively shaping the future of building: innovative and sustainable. More info here >
