On Wednesday, October 18th, Tommaso will give an online lecture to the design studio students in the Rice Architecture program on Transsolar’s work and the impact of climate design in the building industry.
To be able to go into even more depth, Tommaso will join the students in person for a design studio review of their work.
Friday, he will visit "ARCH 301 - Comprehension I" with assistant professors Juan José Castellón and Georgina Baronian. In this first comprehensive studio, students are introduced to contemporary design methods.
The following Monday, Tommaso will visit "ARCH 601 - Research Platforms" with associate professor Troy Schaum. Structured as the culmination of the design studio sequence, Research Platforms provides an opportunity for an in-depth, advanced study of a subject matter.
